Technical Support Executive

Eximus Technologies is looking for talented Technical Support Executives. The selected candidates will get to work with our state-of-the-art Education Management System (EximusEdu) and its users. EximusEdu has a significant share of the market in the Education Management System sector, running since 2018 and having 200+ clients with a user base of 100K+.

Responsibilities

  • Receive calls/messages from users and resolve their issues or guide them towards how to do an operation correctly.
  • Prepare user guides or knowledgebase articles on various features of the software.
  • Convert user-provided data into software-recognized format and enter data into system as per users’ requirements.
  • Take trips to educational institutions for providing training to users.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years experience as a Software Technical Support Executive
  • Keen interest in technology, especially software — how things work, how to figure out way-arounds to make things work etc.
  • Inquisitive mind — figure out what might be the cause of something not working as expected
  • Working experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, or Google Docs and Spreadsheet
  • Great attention to details — knowing that Sharafat's favorite color is grey
  • This is a full onsite position. You'll be required to work from our Mirpur Tower office.

  • Graduation/Diploma from CS/CSE/IT/ICT/SE

Monthly Compensation
