At EximusEdu, we value transparency and fairness in all our transactions. This Refund Policy explains how payments are handled for both institutions and students using our platform.

Institutional Subscriptions

Institutions subscribe to EximusEdu services on a paid basis. All subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage or early cancellation. Once payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or adjusted—whether in part or in full.

We encourage institutions to review their selected plan and terms carefully before completing payment.

Student Tuition Payments

Students (or their guardians) may pay tuition and other institutional fees through EximusEdu’s secure payment system. These payments are collected on behalf of the institution and are non-refundable once completed. EximusEdu does not have authority to approve or process refunds for such payments.

For any payment-related concerns, students should directly contact their respective institution.

Payment Errors

If a duplicate or erroneous payment occurs due to a technical issue, please contact our support team at support@eximusedu.com within 3 business days. Our team will investigate the issue in coordination with the institution and, if applicable, process a correction.

EximusEdu reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
